I just got a high five from that n’sync guy for playing hard dancehall music.

So, we went to the thrift shop today to get some costume gear for our show tonight and we saw some backstreet and nsync stuff that we thought would be funny to auction off. Well Chris Kirkpatrick from n’sync ended up being that guy dancing with that girl at our show. He ended up autographing the n’sync book and wrote fuck off on the backstreet VHS.

Made bank at work today! Bought a new ring made of tagua, a Peruvian nut. Steven and Turner worked on making a new track that will be played on the radio tomorrow. They have another paying gig tomorrow night at El Alamo. Their reggae, dancehall, jungle set is really taking off in Key West.

Grandeur of the Seas is leaving port.

Towed Sterling to his boat yesterday because the current was too strong to row against. Steven and his brother from another mother friend Turner moved our boats to the mooring field last night. The wind blew hard for a while. Slight rain. Woke up this morning. Threw out the anchor in addition to 4 safety lines on the mooring ball. We all dinghied ashore with Sandy to wait for the weather. A friend from Alamo’s said we could camp at his place tonight in case the mooring field got rough. But, alas, no Bonnie. Just a practice run. Still gotta pay the mooring field man though. Moving back to the anchorage in a few days.
